When I bought the pqi flash drive, the salesperson gave me an assurance that they have 5 years warranty, or was it lifetime warranty on the pen drive. My son only used it for 2 years. Now all the computers in my house won't recognise the pen drive. So there is no way I could re-format it. Now I want pqi to change his pen drive.
